Limited Edition Giclée Prints

 

All of my fine art prints are created using high quality pigment based inks and are printed on acid free, 100% cotton rag fine art papers. Giclée prints are the best high quality option modern technology has to offer for digitally reproducing artwork. They are printed with professional, large-format inkjet printers that contain 8 to 12 color ink cartridges. The increased number of ink cartridges produces prints with a richer, more sophisticated color range and finer gradations than standard printers can produce.

 

To help insure a long life for your Giclée paper prints they should be framed and matted under glass using acid free archival materials. Prints and fine art in general should not be placed in locations that receive sustained direct sunlight. Giclée prints, when properly cared for, are designed to be fully archival and resist aging for hundreds of years, promising you a life time of enjoyment.

Certificate of Authenticity 

All works are signed by the artist and are accompanied with a Certificate of authenticity. 

 

All certificates include the following information:

Title of Work,  Artists name,  Location and year created,  Medium and Materials used, Dimensions,  Type of artwork: Original or limited addition print,  Artists signature and date signed. 

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. You may return it within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Artwork must be insured by the customer for return and in its original packaging. please read on for details regarding my 100% satisfaction guarantee, and for instructions on how to make a return.

 

How to return your purchase

 

Choose from two ways to return:

 

REGULAR RETURNS: 

You may return your artwork for a full credit on your purchase cost (excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:

 

#1. Contact me at marksthomasartworks@gmail.com to obtain the return instructions for your order.

#2. Ship your Item back to us in it’s original packaging and enclose your completed return request. we strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.

 

DAMAGED RETURNS:

If your artwork arrives damaged, I offer a hassle-free photo return process to speed your refund.

 

Here’s how:

 

#1. Take a digital photo of your damaged artwork and any damage to the shipping container it arrived in.

#2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to marksthomasartworks@gmail.com 

Please include your order number, Shipping ID. and a brief description of the reason for the return.

#3. You will receive a  email within 2 business days confirming that your photo return is being processed.

#4. We will process your return based on your photos. 

#5. Please note: It is imperative that the damage be easily apparent in your photos before we can approve your return for a refund. We will issue your refund after we have received and inspected the returned artwork.
